Xcode 10 app icon not showing

Recently updated to Xcode 10 beta and my App that previously has correct icon displayed when built and ran from Xcode 9.4 to device now shows the default blank icon when running in Xcode 10. When opening AppIcon asset it shows icon correctly in all the placeholders without any warning icons. When tapping on new "Show Slicing" I do not see anything. Anyone any clues how to fix this so app icon shows?

Xcode 10 playground is not showing the output

I am using Xcode 10 on macOS Mojave 10.14.4. When I open the playground I am unable to get the output window to output anything, even using the print command it stays blank. Is there any other program for mac that shows output as you code in swift? Or has anyone encountered and was able to fix this problem?

Uninstalling Xcode 9.4.1 before installing Xcode 10 GM?

My disk is full, and I have tried everything to try and free it up. Xcode 9.4.1 is taking up 5.54 GB on disk and I can't unzip Xcode 10 GM without it failing because of disk space available. Is it safe to uninstall/delete the current Xcode app (9.4.1) and then start fresh with installing Xcode 10? (I hope this doesn't sound really dumb, but just want to be safe than sorry) Thanks,

Xcode 10b5 - duplicate symbol linker error, can't compile with Crashlytics

I'm trying to compile my project, which has both Firebase, Crashlytics/Fabric, and a bunch of other stuff, with Xcode 10 beta 5. Add CoreData Model shows "Deprecated Feature: Transient Inverse" warning

Using Xcode 10 (iOS project), I'm updating my CoreData model based on the current Model we have and I'm getting the following warning: "Deprecated Feature" Transient Inverse feature requires macOS deployment target 10.4 or earlier (the warning is on the new Model I just created) The project compiles and runs and is an iOS project not a macOS project. At this point i've literally just created the new model not added any new entities or attributes to it. Any pointers would be much appreciated

Deinit method is not called in Xcode 10 Beta 6 playground

I was exploring memory management concept and found deinit method is not calling in Xcode 10 beta 6 playground. Initially I thought may be some problem in code. Then I test same code in Xcode 9.4.1 playground and Xcode 10 beta 6 sample app everything is working as expected (deinit method is called). Is it bug in Xcode 10 beta 6 playground or anything else? Xcode 10 not being able to archive project

I'm trying to upload a new version of an app that is already in the AppStore. Previous version was uploaded using Xcode 9.4. But now Xcode 10 will be required in order to get approval. Sadly, Xcode is not being able to archive the project, so I'm getting stuck on the first step, not even being able to generate the binary for submission. There is no error: According to Xcode, our archiving process has more than 2000 tasks, and is just gets stuck in arbitrary task (always the same). Xcode does not crash, does not show an error and does not complain. It just can't pass that task and the IDE stays
